  • About Boise Hunter Homes

At Boise Hunter Homes, we build luxury homes and destination communities for people who want more from where they live.

Founded by Jim and Jan Hunter, Boise Hunter Homes is a family-owned Boise and Treasure Valley home builder with more than 20 years of experience building across Boise, Eagle, Star, and Meridian.

We believe a home should feel connected to the land around it. That belief shapes where we build, how we design, and how each community comes to life. From foothills views to lakeside settings, our homes are created to embody the lifestyle and character of Idaho.

As Boise’ #1 luxury home builder, we offer several ways to find the right home. You can select a move-in-ready home or build from a curated collection of floorplans, architectural styles, and personalized interior design. However you choose to move forward, our team is here to help.
