From Homesite to Completion

The process begins with choosing your homesite and floorplan. From there, your new home specialist will help you review structural options, finalize your purchase and sales agreement, and complete the homesite-specific plan approval needed to move your home into design.

Our team of expert interior designers will introduce you to the studio, outline your appointment schedule, and send a catalog home so you can begin exploring selections. Across two guided appointments, you will choose the finishes and details that shape your home before completing the final documentation and deposit.

Construction begins with the foundation and framing, followed by mechanical rough-ins, insulation, drywall, and interior finishes. Along the way, you’ll meet with your superintendent and see the plans take shape as your home moves through each major milestone.

As construction wraps up, you will complete a new-home orientation and learn how the home’s features and systems work. After final touch-ups and closing, you'll receive your keys and start living in your new home.
