Building a new home gives you the opportunity to choose the finishes and details that shape how it looks and lives. At the Boise Hunter Homes Design Center, our design team guides you through selections for flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, appliances, window coverings, and more.

The Design Center Process

Once your purchase agreement is accepted, our design team will contact you to schedule your Design Center appointments and send a catalog of available options ahead of time. The process is organized into a series of steps that give you time to review your options, make selections, and finalize the details of your home.

Prepare for Your Appointment: Review available selections and pricing before meeting with the design team.
Select Major Finishes: Your first appointment focuses on flooring, cabinetry, countertops, tile, shower surrounds, and exterior colors.
Complete the Details: Your second appointment covers plumbing fixtures, appliances, doors and hardware, electrical selections, lighting, and window coverings.
Review & Finalize: After your appointments, you’ll receive your selections for final review before the completed documents are finalized.
