    Dedicated Support for Agents and Buyers

    When you register a client with Boise Hunter Homes, our team helps support the process from first visit through closing. Sales Agents help answer questions, guide next steps, and keep the process moving as your client explores communities, homesites, floorplans, and design selections.

    Support includes:

    • Clear communication from registration through closing
    • Help with community, homesite, and home selection
    • Updates through the new-home process

    Realtor Rewards Program Policy

    To qualify, the buyer must be properly registered with Boise Hunter Homes before or at the time of their first visit.

    Program policy:
    • Agent must accompany the buyer on their first visit or contact the Boise Hunter Homes
    • Sales Agent to register the client on their first visit to the community.
    • Client registration must occur before prior registration by a Boise Hunter Homes Sales Agent.
    • Customer registration is valid for 12 months.
    • Commission varies by community.
    • Commission excludes optional upgrades and seller concessions made after the initial agreement.
    • If settlement does not occur, no commission will be paid.
